Our thought is to introduce a total computer maintenance plan for less than $20 a month.
What do you mean by "total maintenance"?
One big area that we cover with this plan is security using world class virus and spyware protection. In fact, if you get a virus while under this plan, we'll clean the computer for free... this is normally a $190 charge.
What else is covered?
Another important area that is covered is backup. We'll keep your documents, music and pictures constantly backed up. No more risk of lost data!
Anything else?
We'll monitor your system for critical issues and make sure that you are up to date with your Microsoft patches.

If you have an issue that we can fix remotely, we'll do it for free... it's part of the plan.

If we have to come on site we reduce the hourly rate to $49.95 an hour. That's over a 50% discount!
So you have people standing by just waiting for my call?
No... the support is during our normal 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday hours.
Is this a "per computer" plan?
Yes... $19.95 a month per computer.
